Ever since I was little, I’ve had allergies that really changed the way I live. I’ve always had to be super careful about what I eat—checking every label to make sure there’s no gluten or nuts in anything. It’s honestly been kind of hard sometimes. Like, I couldn’t eat birthday cake at parties or trade snacks with my friends, which made me feel kind of left out.
But instead of just being upset about it, I decided to do something. I wanted to help other people who have allergies like me. That’s when I came up with the idea to start my own business—where everything is safe for people with nut and gluten allergies, but still really yummy!
I’ve always loved baking. It’s something that makes me happy and lets me be creative. After a lot of experimenting (and some pretty funny fails), I finally figured out recipes that are both safe and taste amazing. I wanted to show people that allergy-friendly treats can still be just as good as regular ones.
My goal is simple: I want everyone to be able to enjoy treats without worrying about getting sick. I know how it feels to be the one who can’t join in, and I don’t want anyone else to feel like that.
So, this business is kind of like my way of sharing what I’ve learned and making sure no one has to miss out on the fun. Every treat I make is safe, tasty, and made with a lot of love.
